Is an imprint required?
Yes, in practice. hyad sells an online service, so the E-Commerce Directive (Art. 5) requires the provider's details to be easy to find; in the Netherlands this is Art. 3:15d of the Dutch Civil Code, and the Trade Register Decree requires the KvK number on the website. The Consumer Rights Directive and the DSA (Art. 11 and 12: points of contact for authorities and users) add contact requirements. [[CHECK: confirm for the owner's legal form, e.g. sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) vs. BV]] Link this page from every page footer, the portal and Checkout.

Dispute resolution
